                  Seafood Platter

Hand salted oak smoked Scottish salmon, Cornish smoked trout, peppered North Sea Mackerel and Scandinavian soused herring with Horseradish mayo.

                     Charcouterie

Cured Parma ham, Spanish 'Pato negro' ham, Napoli and Roma Salami with fine Chorizo.

                  Love Apple Soup

Napoli sun ripened vine tomato soup topped with a garlic crouton, Parmesan cheese and truffle oil.

                       Asparagus

Hand picked Hereford asparagus spears served with hot drawn butter and Hollandaise sauce.

                         Mussells

A pint of Exe estuary mussells with white wine and garlic sauce, finished with cream and chopped leaf parsley.

 

       Main Courses

                          Lamb

French trimmed rack of Welsh mountain lamb with an Oriental mushroom and red wine sauce.

                        Chicken

Buffalo mozzarella and basil stuffed chicken breast with tomato and mascarpone sauce.

                         Duck

Hand scored pan seared free range duck breast with a mixed berry sauce.

                       Seabass

Whole oven baked line caught seabass with a lemon and flat leaf parsley butter. 

                  Seafood Risotto

King prawns, squid and mussells served in a creamy saffron risotto with a watercress salad.

As the name suggests, a velvety cheesecake made with Baileys Irish Cream.

Puff pastry tarlets filled with galzed strawberries and chocolate ice cream.

Vanilla creme Panna Cotta drizzled with Champagne sabayon.

Wafer thin crepes flamed with Brandy and an orange and caramel sauce, served with vanilla ice cream.
